Dr. Kemal Bin Cafer was born in 1982 and earned his bachelor's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences in 2000. He continued his postgraduate studies in the same school and received his MA in linguistics in 2009. Then, he earned his doctoral degree in Blida 2 University in the department of the Arabic Language Teaching.
Between 2004 and 2010 he worked as a teacher in Algerian secondary schools and in universities. He has gained experience in teaching Arabic to foreigners both in Algeria and Turkey. Moreover, he has worked as a teacher in the field of media and journalism, and worked as a writer in many Algerian newspapers.
In 2014, he wworked as the media consultant in Blida 2 University in Algeria. He also served as the Vice President of the French department at the same university.
Dr. Kemal Bin Cafer has been working at the Faculty of Theology at Marmara University’s Arabic department in Istanbul. He has published many articles in academic journals. Moreover, he has participated in many international scientific conferences and events in Algeria, Lebanon, Qatar, Dubai, Yemen, Malaysia and Turkey.
He has worked as Arabic teacher and as a media consultant for the International Arabic Competition. He has been working as the Media Consultant in Akdemistanbul.
