M. Serdar Şadoğlu

Murat Serdar ŞADOĞLU was born in Istanbul on the 22nd of February, 1974. He lived in Saudi Arabia between 1983 and 1995 and in Jordan between 1995 and 2004. He completed his elementary, secondary, high school and university education at the top of his class in these countries. He completed his education as a hafiz at the Grand Mosque in Mecca in the year 1990.

He received his teaching certificate at Dar Al Arqam Institute in 1993 and started teaching Quran at the Grand Mosque.

He served as an imam and an orator during the month of Ramadan in Mecca, the UK, and Uganda between 1992 and 1995. He enrolled at the Faculty of Theology under Al al-Bayt University in Jordan in 1995. He was graduated from this university in the year 2000 and immediately started his master’s degree at the same university. He learned Syntax, Kalam, Hadith, Islamic Law, Method, and Recitation from specialised teachers in addition to his university training.

He taught Quran, Tajweed, Syntax, and Islamic Law to various groups. He prepared nearly fifty papers and research studies, all in Arabic. He took part in English language courses in the UK and Saudi Arabia. He returned to Turkey in 2004. He attended a Training for System and Network Expertise and received certificates to qualify him as a System Administrator. He worked in the IT sector between 2005 and 2009.

Since August 2009, he has been working as the Head of the Arabic Department at Akdemistanbul.
