Siddiq Al-Turabi, son of Hasan al-Turabi and the copyright holder of his late father’s works, has visited Akdem Translation and Copyright Agency. After having a meeting, Akdem Translation and Copyright Agency has become the Turkish rights representative of Hasan al-Turabi’s works.
Hasan al-Turabi, who passed away on 5th March 2016, was seen as one of the most influential figures in modern Sudanese history and politics. He was known as "longtime hard-line ideological leader” and the "conscience, wise voice of Sudan". Having a worldwide fame as a politician, Hasan Al Turabi is also a well-known author with his works such as “Women in Islam and Muslim Society.
