Born in Ardahan in 1984, Serap ÖNGEL has graduated from the Department of Computer Science at Süleyman Demirel University in 2006 and from the Department of Business at Eskişehir Anadolu University in 2012.
She worked as a Computer Teacher between 2006 and 2008, and then worked as the Public Relations Director at Akdemistanbul in 2009.
In 2015 Öngek worked as the coordinator for Akdemistanbul Foreign Course Programmes and since 2019, she has been working as the Arabic Administrative Coordinator and the Director of Arabic Courses at Akdemistanbul.
